HEAD OF LITIGATION AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER FOR LEGAL PRACTICE (COLP)
Jamie is responsible for business development, from introduction through to the fulfilment transition. He has developed a wealth of experience in sales, account management and business development, making him ideally placed to thoroughly assess your debt recovery needs and tailor a package to suit your organisation.
Clair undertakes case audits and call listening to ensure that core standards are maintained. Clair also provides support and assistance to Claire Stocks with other regulatory compliance projects and internal training requirements.
Andrea provides assistance to our Operations Director with managing client relationships and service levels, with a real focus on commerciality and strategic decisions to ensure maximum ROI. Andrea has over 20 years’ experience in managing client relationships in a variety of roles comprising, client retention, account management and new business.
Rachael is our Head of Litigation and Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) with overall responsibility for ensuring that LRC works in a manner compliant with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. Rachael qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 and has over 10 years’ experience as a litigation lawyer.
Tracey heads up our finance department and since LRC became a legal practice has taken on the role of Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA), taking responsibility for compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules. Tracey is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified in 1992.
Claire is a founder director of LRC and is responsible for the Compliance, IT, HR & Admin functions within the business. Claire is an associate member of CILEx and the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM). Claire has over 25 years’ experience in the debt recovery industry.
Rachel is a founder director of LRC and is responsible for driving the debt recovery strategies through to ensure high level performance is delivered to clients as well as managing the recoveries team. Rachel is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and has over 25 years’ experience in the debt recovery industry.
