You can also use the Online system to send updated information to your Account Manager, give new instruction or simply ask a question.

Security is guaranteed; we use the latest 128Bit SSL encryption technology and don’t worry if you don’t have Internet access, you can still operate your account via telephone, fax or post.

All our clients receive a dedicated Account Manager as a central point of contact; and in turn, each Account Manager is supported by a team of highly trained case officers. Each case officer uses their extensive knowledge of legal processes and negotiation skills to explore various ways of securing payment from your debtor.
