  • Pre Legal collections - No Recovery, No Fee
    • Letter Before Action (LBA)

      It details the amount of monies owed by the debtor and gives formal warning that if payment isn't received by the date shown, usually within 14 days, then court proceedings may commence. It also makes it clear that any proceedings issued will also include a claim for Court fees and costs where applicable. We'll look to claim interest on your behalf so you may end up with more than the original debt. We're able to send your LBA within 24 hours of receiving your instruction PLUS we offer this service on a no recovery no fee basis.

    • Collections Service

      Designed to obtain payment or at least negotiate some form of instalment payments for you by using a targeted campaign of contact methods including our new automated service, mobile phone, email and SMS text messaging. This process usually takes between 14-28 days and also gives us an ideal way for us to gather information on your debtor's true ability to pay.
