LRC can contact previous employees to request repayment of overpaid salaries, staff loans, training fees, or request the return or payment to the value of subsidised travel cards or company equipment. LRC are experienced in handling these cases in a sensitive and professional manner.

Letters are sent free of charge and a commission charged only upon recovery (see costs below). Because LRC only charge for results, should we fail to recover any money, the cost to you is nothing!

If necessary, LRC can where appropriate and authorised by you, instigate Court action on your behalf. Unless a dispute arises, all costs incurred up to Judgment being entered are recoverable from the debtor (and don’t forget we can claim interest on your behalf).

The charges shown are for UK debts no older than 120 days. Please contact us if your debts are older than 120 days or are foreign based.

There is a minimum £2.50 commission charge per payment received and all charges are + VAT at 17.5%

Invoices for our charges will be raised fortnightly and will be issued net of any recoveries made.

Progress can be viewed at any time via our Online Debt Recovery System, use of which is free of charge.
