Overseas Collections

Working with partners throughout the world, LRC have the ability to send LBA’s and/or seek payment from debtors in a variety of overseas countries. This service has been of particular use to our Education clients, where foreign students have left the country without settling outstanding debts.

LRC will issue letters and make direct telephone calls to chase foreign debts where the debtor has returned to their place of origin. In some cases we can even send letters in the student’s native language.

As with all the services offered by LRC, any work we undertake and results we achieve, can be viewed by you on a case by case basis, anytime, anywhere, via our Online Debt Recovery System. Where legal action remains the last phase of the recovery strategy, we will review the costs to ensure that taking such action is cost effective and liase with you for a decision as to the next course of action.
