The LBA (Letter before action) LRC collect approximately 69% of all debt at the LBA stage and offer this service to all clients on a no win no fee basis. (N.B Excluding any take on fee) When an LBA proves unsuccessful, our Collections Service acts as an alternative to immediate Court action; providing a targeted campaign of letters, emails, SMS texts and telephone calls to the debtor. Should Pre-Legal activities have an unsatisfactory outcome, LRC can issue Court Proceedings against your debtor to re-claim outstanding debts long with Court fees, costs and any interest if applicable. LRC can obtain a Judgment against your debtor, leading to payment of outstanding debts else a County Court Judgment entered onto the Register. LRC can enforce Judgments against your debtor via various measures; including the use of Bailiffs or High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO’s), doorstep collections, Attachment Of Earnings Orders and Charging Orders, Third Party Debt Orders, Order For Debtor To Attend Court For Questioning |
Ensure your customers don’t become debtors with our unique Prompt Payment Solution, that works on your behalf to notify selected customers that their invoices are shortly due for payment. Don’t let that debt get away! LRC can attempt to trace absconded debtors or those that move to another country. LRC can manage weekly or monthly debtor payments on your behalf, taking away the burden of chasing outstanding payments prior or following court proceedings For debtors that reside abroad or move to another country, LRC can offer Pre-Legal and Legal solutions to help recover your debt. For DCAs that are unable to offer litigation services because they don’t have the legal expertise or systems, we can offer a full range of litigation support.
