If you've made the decision to work with LRC that's great and we've made it easy to instruct us.

You can call us on 0844 858 8999 or just follow these simple steps below:

  1. Download our instruction form pdf (30Kb)
  2. Print out the form and complete all the necessary details such as debtor's name and address, value and date of the claim plus nature of the claim
  3. Fax back to us on 0844 858 9001 or post to us at:

Next Steps

Once we've received your Instruction, we'll confirm receipt and set you up with a Username and Password for our online Debt Manager. You can then view the progress and actions of each of your cases and should you need to, issue new instructions via the system.

Please note - we will apply a £99 (plus Vat) account set up fee if there are fewer than 10 debt collection cases in your first instruction.
