The following costs apply upon commencement of Court Proceedings, however these costs are recoverable from your debtor:

Where appropriate, LRC issue Claim Forms via the CPC (Claims Production Centre). For Claim Forms issued through the local County or High Court, the Court fee will increase by £15.00

Where applicable, interest from the debtor will also be claimed on your behalf.
