Prior to LRC, all of our Directors made up the management team of the Debt Recovery business at one of the world’s largest business law firms.
The Directors were all involved in the management buy out of the debt recovery business and started trading as LRC in 2002. With a wealth of experience between them, LRC has collected over £50m worth of debt from a wide range of sectors.

Peter is Business Development Director. Peter leads the team developing the business by generating leads, attending appointments trade shows etc..
Peter is also Company Secretary and has responsibility for the financial function of the business. Peter has a wide range of experience in both consumer and commercial debt recovery and secured lending.
Peter's career started at Barclays Bank where he stayed for 22 years in a number of management roles. This included branch management and playing an integral role in setting up the East Midlands Debt Recovery unit. He then joined Eversheds as a Debt Recovery Team Leader in May 2000.

Rachel is Operations Director. Rachel heads the Recoveries Team which provides a professional commercial debt recovery service to clients including the financial, education & health care sectors, and many more.
Rachel has over 17 years experience in the litigation and debt recovery sectors and was Debt Recovery Team Leader at Eversheds for 3 years before LRC. Prior to that, she was a Litigation Executive dealing with all aspects of consumer and commercial litigation from undertaking repossession hearings at wide variety of Courts, acting as agent for other solicitors firms and attending hearings on their behalf, dealing with disputed matters to providing legal aid advice & assistance.

Claire is Marketing/Business Admin Director. She has overall responsibility of the marketing, Human Resources and general business administration departments.
Prior to LRC, Claire was a Debt Recovery Team Leader at Eversheds responsible for a team of case officers. Before then, Claire worked for 11 years as a Legal Executive in Solicitors' practice debt recovery departments and prior to that as a credit controller for a large flooring company.

Andrew is IT Director. He is responsible for our IT and systems function, ensuring that LRC's systems fully support the strategies and procedures set in place for our clients. Andrew is also Managing Director.
Prior to LRC, Andrew was Systems Development Manager at Eversheds, specifically responsible for the debt recovery case management and online systems. Previous to that he held a number of Debt Recovery Manager roles at Network Vehicles and Provident Personal Credit, where he managed the companies debt recovery and litigation and the outsourced debt collection activities.
