Where possible, we issue Court proceedings through the CPC (Claims Production Centre) to ensure you get the best value in terms of speed and cost. Your Claim Form is issued quickly and at a reduced cost and where possible, any savings we make are passed back directly to you.
When a Claim Form is issued, debtors have 14 days to reply either by admitting the debt and offering payment in full or by installments, filing a part admission or contesting the debt as a whole. If a Claim Form is ignored completely then it’s up to you whether you choose to proceed with the request of a Judgment.
