This is designed to obtain payment or at least negotiate some form of instalment payments for you by using a targeted campaign of contact methods including letters, phone calls, email and SMS text messaging. This process usually takes between 14-28 days and also gives us an ideal way for us to gather information on your debtor’s true ability to pay.
